Overview
As a Support Representative, you will help our clients launch and troubleshoot their services while delivering an exceptional experience.
You'll provide frontline customer support for general enquiries, and entry-level technical and billing assistance. You will escalate and assign complex issues to appropriate teams.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming support enquiries through our ticketing system.
- Effectively prioritise and categorise support requests for a swift resolution.
- Offer top-notch customer service in a professional and timely manner.
- Escalate tickets to appropriate teams and specialists as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback monitoring.
- Work with the wider team to improve and optimise support processes.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have previous experience in a customer support role.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Must have previous experience working in the hosting industry.
