As an Outreach Specialist, you will help expand our customer base by engaging creators, communities, and organisations that need reliable game hosting.
You will focus on cold outreach through social media platforms to showcase the value of our services and convert leads.
Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and undertake outreach work across various platforms.
- Qualify leads and understand their hosting needs, budget, and timelines.
- Identify market opportunities through a data-driven approach.
- Work to build long-term client relationships through cross-team collaboration.
- Track conversations, outcomes, and feedback to help refine our approach.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must have previous experience in a sales or outreach-based role.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work both individually and as part of a team.
