Overview

As an Growth Associate, you will help scale our brand through outbound sales and pipeline management while tracking conversion metrics and optimising campaigns.

Your role will blend cold sales outreach with strategic customer retention and acquisition initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new leads through outbound channels.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Book meetings and demos for high-value enterprise customers.
  • Run small experiments to test and optimise conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Track performance metrics to identify gaps and failures.
  • Work closely with other teams to refine product pricing and positioning.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Must have previous experience in a sales or growth role.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Must have a good understanding of the hosting industry and our brand.
  • Must have a strong knowledge of CSQLs, CRM, and CAC/CLV.
